3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Lende Ready Inc., you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as requested for the performance of our services.
• Maintain an active credit monitoring subscription as required for service delivery.
• Respond to communications from our team in a timely manner.
• Not engage in any fraudulent activity or misrepresent information on your credit file.
• Understand that credit repair is a process and results vary based on individual circumstances.

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are outlined at the time of enrollment and are subject to the terms of your specific service agreement. Key payment terms include:

• All fees are due as specified in your service agreement.
• Credit monitoring fees (e.g., Smart Credit at $49.99/month) are billed separately by the monitoring provider.
• Service fees are non-refundable once work has been performed on your behalf, except as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your credit repair services at any time by contacting us in writing at [email protected]. Upon cancellation:

• Any pending disputes already submitted will continue to be processed.
• No further monthly fees will be charged after the current billing cycle.
• You are responsible for canceling any third-party subscriptions (e.g., credit monitoring) separately.

6. Right to Cancel (Credit Repair Organizations Act)

Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to cancel your contract with Lende Ready Inc. within three (3) business days of signing, without any charge. To cancel, you must notify us in writing within this period.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Credit repair results vary based on individual circumstances. Lende Ready Inc. does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to:

• A specific credit score increase.
• Removal of any particular item from your credit report.
• Approval for any loan, credit card, or financial product.
• A specific timeframe for results.

We commit to working diligently on your behalf using proven strategies and industry best practices to help improve your credit profile.

8. SMS/Text Messaging Terms of Service

For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the "Program Name" refers to the company name or legal business name operating the SMS messaging program — Lende Ready Inc.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lende Ready Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lende Ready Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
